CD1 -include i progetti diversi dei membri della band (as e.g. Motörhead con Girlschool, solo songs dei the different Motörhead guitar players Brian Robertson, Fast Eddie Clarke e Larry Wallis, e a track dei the Plasmatics who are close friends con Lemmy) as well as some of Lemmy's favourites
CD2 -include una leggendaria performance dal vivo della formazione classica dei Motörhead del 1978: Lemmy/Clarke/Taylor. However, come chicca speciale fanno delle cover di alcuni classici che sono anch’essi inclusi con le versioni originali rispettive di Eddie Holland, The Yardbirds, John Mayall e the Sex Pistols.
CD3 -include una collezione di vere fan band dei Motörhead che fanno cover dei successi dei Motörhead. Alcune sono molto simili agli originali mentre altre vengono reinterpretate in modo assolutamente innovativo!"
